No warranties

PDFzelo tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce pixel-perfect output for every document.

Verify important documents

Always verify the output of our tools before relying on it — especially for legal, financial, medical, or official documents. PDF is a complex format; edge cases (unusual fonts, encrypted files, malformed documents) can produce unexpected results.

Electronic signatures

Signatures applied with our tools are simple electronic marks, not qualified digital certificates, unless explicitly stated. They may not satisfy legal requirements in your jurisdiction. Consult a professional for legally binding signatures.

OCR and conversions

Optical character recognition and format conversions are best-effort. Always proofread converted text — particularly for critical content.

Backups

Keep backups of original files before processing. We are not responsible for data loss.
