Last updated: October 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PDFzelo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
PDFzelo provides free, browser-based PDF tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, and protecting PDF documents. All processing occurs locally in your web browser; files are not uploaded to our servers.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
- Process content you do not have the right to use (including copyrighted material, confidential documents belonging to others, or illegal content).
- Misrepresent the output of our tools as certified, notarized, or legally validated unless you have obtained such validation independently.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to documents you process with our tools. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive, store, or have access to your files.
5. Intellectual property
The PDFzelo name, logo, design, and tool implementations are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape at abusive rates, or repackage the Service without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our disclaimer for full details.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFzelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss. Always keep backups of important documents.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
