1. Files you process

Documents you open in PDFzelo tools are processed entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript. They are never uploaded to our servers, never stored by us, and never visible to us. When you close the tab, nothing of your documents remains on our infrastructure — because it was never there.

2. Data we do collect

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, tool popularity, device types). This data is anonymized and contains no document content.
• Server logs: Our web server logs standard technical data (IP address, user agent, requested URLs) for security and operational purposes, retained for a limited period.
• Contact emails: If you email us, we retain your message to respond. We do not sell or share it.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and remembering basic preferences. See our cookie policy for details and controls.

4. Third parties

We do not sell your personal data. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics under their terms. We disclose data only when required by law.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU/UK or California, you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. Because we do not collect document content or accounts, most requests concern only analytics/log data. Email privacy@pdfzelo.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post policy updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted.
